Over the years, our management business has grown considerably, thanks – in part – to the emphasis we put on maintaining excellent relationships with our clients. We are one of the top ten managers of shopping centres in the UK.
We act for many of the well-known institutional funds, investment houses and property companies, and manage some of the UK’s most prominent sites. These include the O2 music entertainment venue, shopping centres and office buildings for Rockspring, shopping centres for AEW, Freshwater and Edinburgh House and a number of large office buildings for Marcol and Canada Life.
