Ben Monk is Head of the Landlord and Developer Rating team, advising clients on strategies to effectively mitigate business rates liabilities across their property portfolios.

With experience spanning every rating list since 2005, Ben specialises in providing tailored advice to a broad range of independent and national clients, with a particular focus on office, industrial, and retail assets.

He serves on the committee of the Rating Surveyors Association, is a founding member of the London Rating Network, and is a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors.
