    Amy Bracey joined Montagu Evans in January 2025, bringing extensive experience in lease advisory and business space strategy. Prior to this, she led the South West Business Space Lease Advisory team at her previous firm, where she built a strong reputation for delivering expert landlord and investor-focused solutions.

    Specialising in the trade counter market on a national scale, Amy provides strategic advice to investors, PropCos and local landlords, helping them maximise value and unlock opportunities.
