Bethan is a Chartered Surveyor within the Development Advisory Team, specialising in development consultancy and estate regeneration.
She has experience providing advice on delivery strategies, partner procurement and valuation and feasibility studies on projects of varied scale and complexity.
Bethan joined the Montagu Evans Graduate Scheme in 2021. She rotated through CPO, office agency, residential valuation advisory and rating advisory before landing a permanent role in the Development Advisory team.
