Cicely provides planning advice to clients regarding development in locations with sensitive heritage and townscape considerations. This includes development in sensitive Central London locations, greenfield sites, tall building schemes, and adaptations to listed buildings.
Since joining Montagu Evans, Cicely has been involved in schemes throughout London and beyond involving a range of complex heritage considerations; supporting planning applications and providing heritage and townscape advice to clients throughout the planning process.
Cicely has worked with some of the country’s leading house-builders, such as Barratt Homes and the Berkeley Group, contributing to design development during pre-application consultation and providing advice on heritage, townscape and visual impact throughout the process.
