Colin is an accomplished property director with extensive consultancy and in-house experience, gained with occupiers and owners over the past 30 years. Colin is technically and commercially adept in fields such as asset/investment management, property management, agency and professional work.

He oversaw the regional asset management function of a number of the UK’s top 20 shopping centres, many of which were operated in complex JV relationships. Colin has assisted the administrators of intu Shopping Centres plc for the past three years, and is retained as a non-executive director of a number of intu subsidiary companies, plus several other non-executive directorships.

Colin’s role at Montagu Evans also focusses on shopping centre asset management, principally for local authorities, helping clients navigate and execute a range of different strategic trajectories.
