Judd is a Partner and Head of Valuation Advisory

Ellie leads the Valuation Advisory team, specialising in commercial property valuations with a particular focus on the valuation of specialised assets. Her practice deals with complex problem solving that has valuation at its core.

Ellie is primarily focused on public sector and third sector valuations and plays a leading role in our solutions for the NHS, central Government and its agencies, and blue light organisations. However, Ellie is not limited to these clients and provides complex valuation work for both public and private sectors. Since joining Montagu Evans in 2016, Ellie has valued over £20 billion of assets across a range of use classes and for a multitude of purposes. Her projects tend to be focused on specialist valuations for financial reporting and options appraisals, ensuring estates are rationalised and optimised whilst positively impacting the society that they serve.

Ellie has expertise in specialist areas including, IFRS compliance and financial reporting standards, DRC valuations, benchmarking, best value, and the preparation of strategic and outline business cases, and HMRC Green Book analysis. She also provides advice as an expert witness in complex valuation cases.

Ellies knowledge of valuation requirements and financial reporting standards means clients can be sure property valuations and advice will be correctly considered, assessed and reported.
