Hagart is a Senior Surveyor specialising in Land Agencies and Living Capital Markets.

Ellie is a Chartered Surveyor in the Living and Land Team, focusing on Land agencies and Living Capital Markets.

She specialises in advising clients on development land for residential use, working across all living sectors, including student, BTR, Private Rental Sector, Private Sale and Co-living. Ellie provides a full range of consultancy, acquisition and disposal advice to a wide range of clients.

Having completed a real estate master’s at Reading, Ellie joined the Montagu Evans Graduate Scheme in 2021. She rotated through valuation, lease advisory, property management and development before landing a permanent role in the Living and Land team. In April 2025, Ellie was promoted to Senior Surveyor.
