    Felix is a Senior Surveyor within the Rating Advisory team, specialising in non-domestic rating appeals and ancillary rating matters.

    He has worked across various valuation roles within the real estate industry since 2017. Prior to joining Montagu Evans, Felix had most recently worked within the Inner London team at the Valuation Office Agency, where he developed his expertise in Rating.

    Felix now provides rating advice to private and public sector clients across all types of non-domestic properties including offices, retail, industrial, leisure and specialist property.
