    Fraser has over 20 years of experience working as a lead planning adviser on several of the firm’s main planning and development instructions across Scotland.

    Fraser advises clients across a number of sectors and on a variety of issues.

    Fraser has expertise including in city centre, commercial, leisure and retail planning matters, advising on industrial and logistics, healthcare and residential master planning projects across the country. Fraser advises in respect of approach to planning strategy including pre-application consultation, stakeholder engagement, heritage matters, planning applications, legal agreements and planning appeals.
