Harriet works as part of the Historic Environment and Townscape team at Montagu Evans, specialising in householder and listed building applications, as well as the preparation of HTVIA and EIA statements for a number of tall building projects.
Since graduating with an MSc in Historic Conservation, Harriet has gained experience across a number of projects ranging from complex heritage considerations to larger scale, master planning projects across London and the UK.
Key skills
- Expertise and research in the historic environment, enabling design development
- Contribution to and submission of full and strategic outline applications for Planning Permission and Listed Building Consent
- Research and preparation of documentation in support of expert witness work for public inquiries
- Preparation of Heritage, Townscape and Visual Impact Assessments (inc. Environmental Statements as part of a formal EIA)
- Input into COILs and representations regrading potential statutory listing
