    James joined Montagu Evans as a graduate in 2013 and has developed his experience in a wide range of sectors, providing advice to clients with varying needs and aspirations.

    His work has involved major high-profile projects such as Westfield London and The O2, Greenwich, as well complex sites in London and the South East for housing, commercial or leisure uses, often with a focus on the historic environment.

    James is integral to the coordination of various asset and wider estate management projects, providing planning advice on the University of Leicester’s estate, the listed Woolwich Works buildings and the expansion of the Ashford Designer Outlet Center. He also has a focus on Retrofix, working to problem-solve existing commercial buildings, either for refurbishment or conversion to alternative uses, especially within Central London.

    James is a Member of the Royal Town Planning Institute.
