Kevin White is a partner specialising in strategic investment and development on large, complex, and challenging real estate problems. More often than not, his projects are about complicated urban regeneration and strategic investment decision-making where the public sector plays a key or lead role, and the private sector needs to work with the public to create value and impact.

Kevin’s team provides specialist, strategic, investment and asset management to create impactful places and extract value from challenged assets and portfolios. Alongside our wider team of experts in urban regeneration, Kevin helps councils shape major strategies and interventions in their urban areas.

His particular interests are in the fields of urban regeneration, investment, education and strategic collaboration across public and private sectors, which, together, he sees as the key building blocks for better, more sustainable places and communities. Kevin is a regular speaker at events for the likes of CIPFA and the Local Government Association, a governor at a specialist maths school, and chair of the Meanwhile Foundation charity. He chairs our local authority group and is the strategic lead on urban core regeneration.
