    Kyra is a Senior Advisor at Montagu Evans, specialising in social impact and strategic advisory to design strategies that drive meaningful social value in communities.

    With a background in participatory design, socio-economic impact evaluation, and strategic project management, Kyra has delivered high-profile projects in city-led workforce development, early years health and education, and urban innovation.

    Prior to joining Montagu Evans, she led multi-stakeholder initiatives at Nesta, the UK’s innovation agency for social good, working with local authorities and NHS partners to integrate services and improve decision-making through data-driven insights and user-centred design. Kyra has held roles at the National League of Cities in Washington DC and Future of London, focusing on the built environment, the future of work, and social value.

    A 2020 Marshall Scholar, Kyra holds a Masters in International Urban Planning from UCL and one in Social Science Research Methods from the University of Sussex, and a bachelor’s degree from Georgetown University’s School of Foreign Service.
