Louis is a Graduate Planner sitting with the Housing and Land team, having completed a part-time master’s degree at UCL.

Louis is actively involved in a range of schemes across multiple sectors, with a primary focus on residential-led schemes as well as commercial and educational. Most of his work is undertaken in London and the South with schemes across the country.

Louis has had involvement in a range of residential-led schemes, helping co-ordinate the submission of planning applications for C3 and PBSA development, overcoming various site constraints. Louis also has experience in delivering residential schemes through permitted development rights.
