Rhiannon is an Associate within Montagu Evan’s Scottish planning team. She brings expertise in coordinating complex submissions and engaging with key stakeholders. Her previous local authority experience provides excellent knowledge of process and policy.

She has over 10 years’ experience in planning across all aspects of planning, heritage, and urban design.

Rhiannon has volunteered for the Royal Town Planning Institute throughout her planning career both as a member of regional Chapters and as Past Chair of the Scottish Young Planners. Rhiannon was awarded RTPI Scottish Young Planner of the Year 2022/23.
