Sam Stratton is a Chartered Surveyor who works in both the Landlord and Occupier business rates teams.

Sam has dealt with rating appeals and relief applications for a wide variety of property assets across England for both the 2017 and 2023 Rating Lists, providing rating valuation advice for both public and private sector clients.

Sam moved to Montagu Evans in 2022, joining the graduate scheme after completing his studies at Sheffield Hallam University, which included a year in the Rating industry.
