    Sarah Gibbs works in the Residential Valuation Team and has significant experience advising on a range of planning and development matters for both private and public sector clients.

    Sarah specialises in providing financial viability and valuation advice in support of residential and mixed-use development. This predominately includes preparing Financial Viability Assessments in support of planning applications to demonstrate the level of affordable housing and other financial contributions a development can support.

    Her work includes assessing the existing use value of development sites, feasibility and scheme testing as well as appraising various affordable housing tenures.

    Sarah is also responsible for negotiating the viability of the proposed scheme as well as advising on the drafting of S.106 agreements to ensure the viability and deliverability of the development is secured. Her client base includes a range of landowners, housebuilders, housing associations and local authorities.
