Sophie is a chartered Planner within the Housing and Land team, where she works across a range of projects, including residential and mixed-use development.   

Sophie’s experience includes the coordination and submission of numerous types of planning applications, including: Full Planning Applications; S73 Applications; Discharge of Condition Applications; and Permitted Development Applications.

Sophie also prepares planning appraisals to establish key planning risks and opportunities for clients.

Sophie works collaboratively with clients, Local Planning Authorities and other key stakeholders in order to achieve desirable outcomes.
