Steve has significant experience in dealing with complex rateable occupation and liability cases as well as being able to provide budgetary and forecasting advice to a wide range of clients from retail through to the NHS. To ensure accuracy and efficiency, Steve monitors for changes in occupancy, adjusting the budget forecast accordingly; checking and approving the demands for payment.
