Raji is a Graduate Surveyor

Tami joined Montagu Evans as a Graduate in September 2023 and had her first rotation in the Residential Valuation team, focusing on valuation, viability and new settlement workstreams.

In this team, she advised on residential development and investment matters for residential and mixed-use development land. This included general consulting advice covering a range of development-related topics such as market analysis, valuation, development appraisals, and preliminary master planning. In order to offer clients assistance with challenging development issues, Tami also advised banks and debt funds on their investment assets for funding and viability.

In March 2024, Tami joined the Industrial and Logistics Lease Advisory team where she provides advice to landlords and tenants on rent reviews, lease renewals and re-gears mainly within London and the South East.

Now, Tami sits with our rating team.
