Speirs is a Senior Surveyor specialising in Rating Advisory

Vivienne is a Chartered Surveyor in the Rating Advisory team, where she specialises in non-domestic rating appeals and liability consultancy advice to occupiers in both the public and private sector.

In her career to date, she has dealt with rating appeals for a wide variety of property assets across the majority of England for both the 2017 and 2023 rating lists. Vivienne has settled appeals for clients, securing reductions and providing consultancy advice, especially to clients under check, challenge, and appeal.

Vivienne moved to Montagu Evans in 2021, joining the graduate scheme, where she completed four six-month rotations in different parts of the business. These included Business Rates, Valuation, Strategic Advisory, and Asset and Investment and Industrial and Logistics Lease Advisory. Vivienne was then hired as a Surveyor specialising in Business Rates in September 2023, and in April 2025, Vivienne was promoted to Senior Surveyor.
