    Xanthe Sloane is a graduate who, since September 2024, sits within the Valuation team. Xanthe works with clients, offering valuation guidance for both public and private property portfolios.

    Prior to this, she was part of the Retail & Leisure Lease Advisory team and then Rating Advisory teams.

    Xanthe joined the graduate scheme in September 2023 after completing an MSc in Real Estate at Reading University. Beforehand, Xanthe completed a BSc in Business Management at Cardiff University.
