    Yasmin

    Yasmin is a Chartered Town Planner in the Commercial Planning Team with over 5 years of experience advising on a wide range of planning matters. This has ranged from initial site appraisals, Local Plan representations and planning strategies through to the preparation and submission of detailed and large-scale planning applications.

    She has a wealth of experience working on complex mixed-use regeneration and masterplan schemes, but her primary focus is within the retail and leisure market, including the development and asset management of retail warehousing, shopping parks and food stores.

    Yasmin has in-depth knowledge and experience of all aspects of retail planning and her specialism lies in the preparation of retail assessments, including detailed impact assessments and the application of the sequential test.
