Bhojani is a Graduate Surveyor

Zahra is a Graduate Surveyor who joined Montagu Evans in 2023. She has experience in the Rating Advisory team where she focuses on non-domestic rating appeals and liability consultancy advice to occupiers in both the public and private sector.

Zahra has secured large reductions for clients such as Stagecoach and H&M as well as providing consultancy advice, especially to those under the check, challenge, and appeal.

In March 2024, Zahra started her rotation in the Commercial & Agency Living and Land team where she provided a range of consultancy, valuation, acquisition and disposal advice to developers, investors, operators, and lenders.

Most recently, in September 2024, Zahra moved to join the Residential Valuation team that sits in the Advisory Department.
