Montagu Evans have been retained on asset management, planning and lease advisory of this asset since purchasing in 2008.

This dominant leisure park is set over 18 acres, providing over 150,000 sq ft of destination leisure and food and beverage. Significant investment into the asset included the development of a new 120 bed Premier Inn Hotel and conversion of a former nightclub into a 30,000 sq ft Hollywood Bowl.

Lease regears have been concluded with McDonalds and Buzz Bingo and new lettings to Coast to Coast and Creams.
